This is the number 1 excuse people use to avoid creating an exercise regime. You aren't the only one struggling to find time. I work full-time, I am a part-time student, I have 2 very active children, a clean home, I work-out, and I am physically active. You do have time to invest in your health. I can help you fit it all in!
Can't afford a personal trainer?
Let's work together and develop a plan. Your body and your health need you to invest! I can work with you to fit training in your budget.
Do you have an injury? Chronic pain or illness?
I will provide you with a plan to work around this. Better yet, I can work with you to find strategies that will help.
